Hiking in Jenesien

Following path # 5 you'll find Jenesier Joechl, a pasture at 1660 m asl. Here restaurant service is provided.

Jenesien - Spring Crocus

Snow is melting on the higher meadows (about 1800 m asl). Almost immediately Crocus are sprouting.

Still snow higher up, so these pastures, ranging from 1600 to 2100 m above sea level, are entirely covered with it.
